Richmond Road Dental is a family practice located on the corner of Richmond and Molloy Roads on a major bus route and close to the Morningside train station. We are based on the boundary of Morningside and Cannon Hill, but serve patients throughout South East Brisbane – including Bulimba, Hawthorne, Murarrie, Tingalpa, Carina, Carindale and East Brisbane. We are open Mondays to Saturdays with after-office hours every Monday evening. Emergency appointments are available each day. Convenient off street parking is available behind the building – accessed from Molloy Road. We have wheelchair access and bathroom facilities for the disabled.
Our dentists constantly update their skills through continuing education. Each dentist has a specialty interest including Family Dentistry, Invisalign, Oral Surgery (wisdom teeth extractions), Implants, Endodontics (root canal treatments), Full Mouth Rehabilitation and Cosmetic dentistry. We pride ourselves on our Infection Control Management Plan and we are an Accredited Dental Practice. We use modern equipment and would be happy to show you through our sterilisation processes.
History
Dr Jane McAdam bought the practice in 1988. JT McAdam Dental was originally located at Cannon Hill shopping centre but moved to its present location in 1993. The business name was changed to Richmond Road Dental prior to Dr Elaine Lim becoming a partner in 2001. The practice has undergone many changes over the years and now boasts 5 clinic rooms, laboratory and central sterilisation room. Dr Megan Tucker became a partner in 2019.

We currently have a staff of 6 dentists and 9 support staff.
Our Work in Cambodia
We have a special interest in helping the street children of Sihanoukville in Cambodia. We have been working in Cambodia since 2008. Richmond Road Dental supports the clinic with stock and our dentists regularly volunteer their time to ensure ongoing dental care for the underprivileged families in this region.
